An extremely quick breakfast packed with nutrients!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Selection of fruit as desired
Method:
- Mix all the liquids together in a bowl until combined
- Add the chia seeds to the bowl and whisk to ensure there are no clumps
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight
- Serve with fruit
